Looking Inward: DEI as a Pathway to Purposeful Outcomes

In the first session of the day, we will be discussing how the values of an organization impact policy — and thus outcomes — as well as the importance of thinking critically about internal and external DEI practices. We will also chat about the City of Bellevue’s growth and change over the last few years, and discuss the implications of these shifts on the workforce.
